We aim to get your order posted on the same day that you place your order.

If you place your order in the late afternoon or in the evening, your order will be posted the following day.

For the North island please allow 2 -3 working days for delivery.

For the South Island please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.

Whether you are in the North Island or the South Island, if your house is on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route you’ll need to allow an additional 2 business days for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number for delivery. You can track your parcel using the Track and Trace service (These timeframes are, of course, subject to product availability. Furthermore, from time to time, issues might arise which mean we can’t meet these timeframes but, if that’s the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.)

Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and White Star Products will not be liable if such delivery dates are not met.

International Shipping:

Returns:

We are committed to providing quality products and service to you, my customers. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund within 7 days of purchase.

*Please be aware that returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging/labels attached and be accompanied by your proof of purchase.

All claims for short delivery or damage of stock must be noted on the consignment note when the goods are received and forwarded to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods to enable us to raise credits.

Should the customer fail to notify White Star Products LP of any incorrect delivery within 5 days of receipt of goods, it is agreed and regarded that the goods were delivered and received correctly and in good order.

The liability of White Star Products LP for the supply of goods and services is limited to the total amount received by White Star Products LP in relation to the supply of the relevant goods and services.

Under no circumstances will White Star Products LP be liable for any special, consequential or indirect loss or loss of profits.
